They will help in deconstructing the song, distributing the parts to the battle pairings and share tips for the upcoming battle.

The names of these so-called advisors were reported by byxbuzz in the days following the said initial preparations. One by one, they were revealed. And last night, the last of the advisors was finally named. Read further if you want to be spoiled.

Michaellen Temporada sings the classic, “Summertime”

We are going into the Night 4 of the Blind Audition, and everybody is still talking about Lee Grane. After eliciting a loud response from the coaches and developing a huge following overnight after a gut-wrenching cover of Sarah McLachlan’s “Angel”, Lee is set to be the show’s early front-runner. It’s easy to say she’s a shoo-in for the voting rounds. It’s hard to picture the Live Shows without her. Her closest competition so far is Team Apl’s Thor Dulay. Julie Anne San Jose: Track-By-Track Album Review

Julie Anne San Jose‘s self-titled album was first released as a digital album on iTunes, and only a few hours after its release, it climbed up the Top Albums chart of iTunes Philippines, an incredible feat for an 18-year old Filipina singer. One week later, the album became available on Astroplus and Astrovision outlets nationwide. Over-all album sales are still unavailable as of writing.

For a debut album, going the eponymous route in its title is always a smart move. It gives off a stand-alone statement right then and there. It almost feels like the artist is introducing herself and her sound. And her sound, I am about to review.  Continue reading
